About the university:

Established in 1988, Near East University in Nicosia is an institution of higher education that operates with an international identity through high-level education opportunities and competent faculty in Nicosia, the capital of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, with more than 22 thousand outstanding students from 90 countries today. Near East University is a full member of the European Universities Association (EUA), the Association of International Universities (IAU) of UNESCO, the Federation of Universities of the Islamic World (FUILarasu) and 118 national and international organizations.
